Instructions:
Apricot Balls1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) dried apricots, ground
2 cups moist shredded coconut
2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Confectioners' sugar In large mixing bowl mix together apricots and coconut. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Shape into small balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Let stand until firm. Makes about 40 to 48.
