Beer Mop Sauce for Meat12 ounces beer
1/2 cup cider or white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Texas Dry Rub
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Mix all together. Add up to 1/4 cup more oil when the food being smoked is lean and dry.
