Instructions:
Low-Fat Marinade2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons grated orange rind (be careful not
to include any of the white part)
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce Mix together all ingredients. Pour over beef or pork. Marinate for up to 24 hours, turning several times.
