Instructions:
Banana Meat Loaf1 pound ground round
3/4 cup mashed banana (not too ripe)
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and form into a loaf. Place in baking dish with 2 tablespoons of water, or put aluminum foil in dish and omit water. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
