Instructions:
Apricot Snowballs1 (8 ounce) package dried apricots
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons orange juice
Sugar (optional) In small bowl grind apricots using the medium blade of a food grinder. With hands, mix with coconut, confectioners' sugar and orange juice. Shape into 1/2-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes 30.
